What is the Return/Exchange Policy?
ICEZEUSSHOP accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have additional questions, please contact customer support via email support@icezeusshop.com

Return type

  • Returnable Items

Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1.Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2.Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Contact our Service Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.

  • * Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • * Each order only allows return once.
  • * Although some areas enjoy free postage, we actually bear the freight for each order ($15-$30), so once the refund is made, the freight will not be refunded.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee for all refunds.

If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.


All shipping fees are ICEZEUSSHOP expense if the issue was caused by ICEZEUSSHOP, or the customer need to pay for the cost. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.

  • Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns to the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 14 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Promotional products
4. All special orders are non-refundable and non-cancel.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift piece.

Return Process

If your item has an issue or you’ve received the wrong item, please email our service center, and carefully follow our return process to minimize any delay.
1. Describe the problem with your item in detail: including your order number, order date, product name. Contact us at support@icezeusshop.com
2. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
3. Send a clear photo or video showing the issue(s); these should be taken under good lighting.
4. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
5. Please send us the returning package number and we will refund you after we receive the package.
Notes:

Photos/videos should ideally be clear and focused, taken under good lighting conditions, and from a close to medium distance. This allows us to identify and verify the issue(s). We will always do our very best to help you. Thank you in advance for providing all the information stated above.

HOW TO RETURN?

Please carefully package the item you are returning in its original packaging. It must be presented in its original package. You are responsible for the return shipping . Once your package is prepared, please contact us to get the detailed returning address.

CUSTOMIZED JEWELRY

Special orders (Customized Piece and made to order items - moissanite tennis / Cuban and solid gold items.) are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

ICEZEUSSHOP will repair the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage due to manufacture defects. Warranty is voided on user damage issues (i.e: water damage, accidental breakage, etc.) or you pay the repair fee and we will repair it for you. Once any of our custom piece goes into process, there can be NO cancellations.

Return Shipping Cost

ICEZEUSSHOP will reimburse or pay for return shipping only in the event that we have erred. For example, ICEZEUSSHOP were to send you the incorrect pendant or with inferior qualities. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You need to bear the cost of exchange .

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

    1. How long until I receive my jewelry?
        Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time.

        Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 48 hours (except Sundays and holidays), while made to order piece need 2-3 weeks to make.

        *If you have chosen to pay by credit card or PayPal, the confirmation of the order will be carried out in real time on our website.
        *Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number with an email confirmation of the shipment.

    2. Where do you ship to, and how much does shipping cost?

    • Free Shipping (12-15 business days)
    • Standard Shipping Fee (8-12 business days)

          You need to pay $5 for Fast Shipping.

    • DHL/Fedex Shipping Fee (5-7 business days)
          You need to pay $25 for DHL/Fedex Shipping.
    (Some addresses are remote addresses, and you need to pay the remote address delivery fee to deliver the package. The remote delivery fee is generally 25-30 US dollars)

             1.Order under $79, you need to pay $10 for standard shipping.
             2.Order is or more than $79, the standard shipping fee is $0.
